Prevention Specialists collaborate with Helena School District and Local Partners to Enhance Career Readiness for Students.

The prevention goals are to improve community attachment and school engagement, along with building capacity with local partners such as: Montana Wild, Montana Forest Services, Holter Museum, Helena College, Montana Contractors Association, St. Peters Hospital, AHEC, Montana Radio, Opportunity Bank, Boeing, and Helena Chamber of Commerce.

Unlike normal career days, Bethany and Sarah organized to have 600 students go to the worksite location to experience hands on learning/experience. This was successful through a years worth of organization and collaboration! The 600 students were broken up into groups of 20 and the event spanned two days.
