Back to School Picnic

Lynda Vande Sandt, Liberty County

The Back-To-School Community Picnic, sponsored by CJI Schools and the Liberty County Chamber, was held at CJI Schools on Tuesday, August 13, 2024.  Lynda provided ParentingMontana.org cooler totes and info, Let’s Face It gear and Quit Line info.  Local businesses also provided gift certificates, savings coupons, and promotional items for the totes that were distributed to new teachers and community members.  PS also helped cook hamburger and hot dogs.

Amber Hurt, Chouteau County PS, brought the Hidden In Plain Sight trailer to Chester for the event. Approximately 15 parents/adults went through and filled out questionnaires.
