A Conversation with Lucy Corbett

  1. Who inspires you: My Dad continues to inspire me even in his absence. 
  2. Best gift ever given? My kids had my family 1960’s reel film turned into a DVD. 
  3. Your motto: Don’t be dumb….This started when I was working with Youth Probation. When they completed their obligations I would tell them, if you are doing something you know you shouldn’t be,  then…..Don’t be dumb. My son had it done as a tattoo since he heard it a few times during his teen years. 
  4. Favorite sport: I love to watch my kids/grandkids play baseball 
  5. Favorite day of the year: December 31, because resolutions start the next day. 
  6. I can’t start my day until…I have checked my phone.
  7. Something interesting about you: I received the Molly Pitcher Award .The Esteemed Artillery Order of Molly Pitcher recognizes those individuals who have mentored other spouses and volunteers.
  8. Pet Peeve: Being lied to.
  9. I’ve never seen…The movie: Titanic
  10. Nickname: Luce (Loose)
  11. I really want to learn more about: Positive Childhood Experiences (PCE’s)
  12. Something from your bucket list: Travel

  16. What did you used to be able to do? A Cartwheel
  17. Dream job:I always wanted to be a lawyer. 
  18. Something you’re most proud of: Most Current – being a Montana Certified Prevention Specialist.

  21. Who have you learned the most from? My children, BFF, and my supervisors through the years.
