Honk and Wave

Dawson County Block Grant worked with Tobacco Prevention and middle school counselors for their annual “Honk and Wave”. Kids make posters sharing why they choose to be tobacco and vape free asking for people to honk in support. And yes it was as cold as these kids made it look!
